HELP!!! My beardie seems to be hurt or sick not sure what to do!?

My beardie is about 15 months old and was doing really well until recently. He had a female in the cage with him but she was way to agressive and broke 2 of his legs so i got rid of her. Astro's legs have almost healed completely and he gets around ok. The problem im having is he does not want to eat and he has a huge dent just above his tail. Anyone know what the problem could be. As for taking him to the vet well we dont have 1 where i live so thats not an option.
