Husband while we are seperated prior to the divorce closed credit card and opened a new one as solo signer?

Can you believe it? He and I mean He ran up 25 grand on the credit card. I leave him partly because of that (and other things) He closes the account that I am a signer on and opens another. Am I relieved of the responsibility????
