My Blackjack II won't connect to my computer via USB?

I'm connecting through a My wireless USB charger. I think it could be either that the charger doesn't have regular USB connection capabilities, or that my computer isn't working (it isn't exactly the most trustworthy computer ever.) I have ActiveSync Installed, and i have also tried it as a m storage device. Any suggestions?
