Pressure on the top of my head? Related to stress? HELP PLEASEEEE ASAP?

first off, I'm 13 and I suffer from extremely severe aniexty, depression, and stress. I take zoloft and hydroxezine for it but I have NOT had my medicine for like 3 days now. Well yesterday me and my gma got into a really big fight (we do not get along at all, we never have) and I cried until my eyes were swollen and I shook from stress all night and I had the most severe aniexty attack I'd had in a long time. Well the next day, today, I felt really weird pressure on the top of my head, no pain, just like there's a brick on my head, and I was wondering why? Atm weird stuff like this scares me bc im also a severe hypochondriac. so why does it feel this way? please answer?
