Should westerners rile up Al Qaeda, causing them to stop hiding like cowards, so that we can destroy them?

Perhaps doing things like burning Qu'rans, will cause Al Qaeda to lose their composure. Causing them to attack us with everything they got, instead of hiding. Which will allow NATO to eliminate Al Qaeda once, and for all. Piss um off, and get them out of their caves I say!
