TV signal problems?

I have terrestrial TV and it has always worked. Today though my tv downstairs wont work which has an ariel from outside. My tv upstairs wont work either which just has an ariel that you connect in the back and is free standing. Do you know anywhere on the internet that might tell me of problems with a signal in my area of Lancaster, uk?
