What do i give my 2 year old to eat he's sick and wont take any food?

i made a beef stew and i'm just giving him the juice but he won't take it, he just wants liquids but i dont wanna keep giving him juice and i cant give him milk cause it'll make his cough worse. Any suggestions please???
