What part of the Cheney interview on "Meet the Press" don't you understand?

It's all about the spin- you can't highlight your progress when talking about the actual issue, so diffuse. There are tons of thing most of us aren't privy to about this whole shebang, but when the journalists try to grind it out- It feels like WW3 might erupt from any stander by. I've given up on even trying to know what's going on.
