Who is this female comedian?

She is blonde and has gles, and she's short and kinda chubby, and some of the stuff I remember her talking about was like how the older relative are always trying to liquor up the baby, by dipping their pacifier in bourbon to help with teething and that kind of thing. She mainly talked about families and I thought she was really funny and she kind of reminded me of Kathleen Madigan but I can't remember her name! Help!
