Why aren't conservatives listening to the Fox News senior judicial yst on this one?

Your opinion doesn't mean spit because federal law is the precedent here, and some lame, fat @ss, liberal, federal judge does not have the authority to change federal law. Not even barry can do that, so take your lemming mindset a go do some more bottom fishing to find an intelligent issue to post. Otherwise, just be a spectator, you're more tolerable in that capacity.
