Boys Boys Boys!! So there's this boy that I likee....?

There's this guy, I like him and he likes me. We've talked and I know that he likes me and that he cares. He doesn't want a girlfriend now, and we haven't gone out because of schoolwork and stuff and we've both been busy so it makes sense but at the same time if he likes me then it can work, like we can make time and we can make the effort to see each other. We've been hu but not always, and I don't know does this seem like somewhat of a game? What do you guys think
