What would happen if a woman squirts instead of pees for a urine test?

It has been proven that female ejaculation is NOT urine. So.... if a woman had to take a drug test what would happen if she squirted instead of peed for the sample? If she smoked Pot or ingested another type of drug, would she still test positive? This is a serious question! I couldnt find the answer by googling... Id really appreciate at least ONE honest answer! lol
