I need an ogy on this poem?

well, in the first stanza, the writer says how he was going somewhere but then found himself not being able to go on. It could mean that he died while on his path and he sees his life flashing before his eyes. then, looking back, he realizes how he should have lived life and broken the conformity of the world. Instead, he did nothing to stop it. He closed his eyes and chose to move on. As for your ogy, the author is to being active as lazy people are to getting up to change the channel when they can't find the remote. It's not the best ogy in the world, but it's accurate and i hope the interpretation can help you come up with a new one if you don't like mine.
